Returns
• Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as personal care or baby products) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect
your returned item, we will notify you.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
